After 25 years, the LA Art Show is very familiar with the turn out of people visiting the event. However, this year more than 70 thousand people showed up in just 4 days. Known as the most comprehensive international contemporary art show in america, you can expect artwork from all across the world! Galleries from 23 different countries all meeting up in one place, for one weekend. While the LA Art Show celebrates its 25th Anniversary, you may have noticed (above) many artist celebrating LA’s iconic basketball superstar Kobe Bryant. Just days after his passing, multiple artist brought memorial pieces to put up on display to honor the cities legend. Below you find an abundance of art, ranging from fashion & design to modern + contemporary. Let us know in the comments what your favorite piece or pieces are!

Lauren Halsey Solo Exhibit for David Kordansky Gallery

A young artist and product of Los Angeles, California “Lauren Halsey” presents her collection of thoughts into a gallery space @ David Kordansky Gallery. Shedding light on many unseen and overlooked communities in the city of LA, Lauren builds a neighborhood drawing inspiration from South Central aesthetics. From the moment you walk in, you feel the love and liveliness that went in to building this exhibit. The colors, architecture and life-size replicas she created all play a part in what makes this gallery so special. The show will run until March 14th, 2020 located 5130 W. Tokyo Pop Underground is a exhibit curated by Tokyo’s gallerist Shinji Nanzuka. The space was put together to offer insight on the history of Japanese contemporary art from the 1960s to the present. At gallery you will find the works of seventeen artists who emerged from pop and underground culture. Fleurtopia by La Fleur

Fleurtopia is a full on engaging floral experience; it is located inside the Westfield Topanga Mall (Los Angeles). Shortly after entering the exhibit you will find hundreds if not thousands of flowers put together into unique designs.
